Specialty Asset Coatings
Code-correct paint and protective coatings for fire hydrants, pumps, tanks, valves, bollards, and other commercial assets that fail when they're left to rust.
Overview
Fire hydrants painted to AWWA flow-rate codes. Pump skids, tanks, and valves recoated before corrosion turns into a leak. Bollards, light poles, dock-bumpers, and exterior steel kept inside spec — not interior latex slapped on metal. KMR runs a specialty coatings crew with industrial-grade product (Tnemec, Carboline, Sherwin-Williams Industrial), the right surface prep, and the documentation a fire marshal, water district, or insurance auditor will ask for.

Cadence
How often this happens.
Recurring service schedules we typically run for property managers in the greater-Houston area. Final cadence is set in writing in the maintenance agreement.
- Annual hydrant repaint — water districts, industrial campuses, and high-pile-storage warehouses
- Three- to five-year cycle — bollards, light poles, exterior steel
- Five- to seven-year cycle — tanks, pump skids, and process equipment
- Per-event response after a strike, leak repair, or hot-work damage
Who it's for
The buyer we deliver this for.
Property managers, industrial facility owners, water districts, distribution and warehouse operators, and fire-protection compliance officers who need coatings on assets — not just walls — held to manufacturer spec and code.
