What's included

- Common-area touch-ups: corridors, lobbies, vestibules, elevator lobbies
- Stairwell and back-of-house full repaints
- Exit door, rail, and bollard repainting (including primer for bare metal)
- Tenant-side touch-ups during turnover or after move-out repairs
- Exterior trim, soffit, and metal-panel touch-ups
- Color matching to existing tenant brand or property standards (we maintain a per-building color spec sheet)
- Caulking, drywall patching, and surface prep included in scope
- Low-VOC product options for occupied and after-hours work
Cadence
How often this happens.
Recurring service schedules we typically run for property managers in the greater-Houston area. Final cadence is set in writing in the maintenance agreement.
