KMR Construction provides pre-construction planning, general contracting, construction and project management to a broad range of commercial clients throughout the Houston, Texas area.

Strengthened by a staff who are dedicated to providing superior service and distinguished by our customer loyalty, KMR has enjoyed a remarkable reputation from its foundation.

Following a 20-year career of working for various general-contracting companies in and around Houston, Kenny Roch was resolved to apply his experience and knowledge to a novel business concept, establishing KMR in the summer of 2013. Kenny grew the business with the strong relationships he had cultivated over time and assumed complete responsibility of every project. With the successful conclusion of a build-out remodel for DOF Subsea, KMR began what has now transformed into an extensive portfolio.

KMR has rapidly grown, emerging as a favorite in the general-contracting and commercial-construction industries. In under five years, KMR satisfied over 1150 projects, grew to eight employees and moved to expanded offices at their current location.

Still aligning with Kenny’s original philosophy, KMR’s success is measured one project at a time and reliant on customer satisfaction.
